Setup Fee |
| This is the initial cost to set-up the Member's account in SongPeddler's dabasess, e-commerce system and website. It includes: digitizing audio/image files, creating audio clips/jukeboxes, music categorization, data entry (all song, CD, artist information), development of meta data and hyperlink, development and testing of each Artist Catalog web page, CD web page, and individual Song Web Pages. |

A customized 1-minute audio clip is created for
every song submitted to the SongPeddler catalog. Jukeboxes
of multiple clips are also created and featured on CD and Artist
Feature web pages A Jukebox provides continuous sampling
of multiple songs in order.
CD Jukeboxes includes each song on the CD which is "submitted" (for individual sale). We also create a Jukebox for each Artist
Catalog page.
The jukebox plays all submitted songs listed on the Artists feature
page in order of display. Non-submitted songs may be added to a CD Jukebox or Artist Catalog Jukebox for an additional fee. |

Credits, Writers Notes & Reviews |
| Lyrics
may be available for display for any song submitted to
the catalog when applicable and when approved by the member.
If the member provides notes about a song, the notes will
be featured on the song web page If customers provide
reviews about a given submitted song, the reviews will
be displayed as well on the song web page |

| For
every Artist Featured Catalog page, 1 picture of an Artist
(must be 130X180 pixels at 72 dpi) or Band (240X180 pixels

artist that are available for sale on SongPeddler.com.

| The
jukebox on the Artist Featured Catalog page only includes
the songs submitted to the catalog individually. A jukebox
plays the songs listed on the Artists feature page in
order of display. |

an artist or band has special information beyond the biography
such as awards etc. it will be noted in a special section
on the Artist Featured Catalog page. There will always
be a personalized note about the artist or band from a
SongPeddler staff member. |

Opportunities (featured Artist, CD, Songs) |
| Website "Landing Pages" offer multiple opportunities for Artists, CDs, and Songs to be featured in in multiple
categories. There is a Landing Page for each of the 1,600+ music categories (e.g. "Jazz" or "Music for Massage"). These
'landing pages' are created specifically to help search
engines find SongPeddler's own internal search results
for specialized categories including genre influences,
possible uses, special categories, energy levels, vocal
or instrumental, themes, moods, and more. These pages
are optimized for the search engines. Featured Artist,
Featured CD, and Featured Songs automatically rotate on a regular basis to ensure all members have equal opportunities for extra promotions in this
manner. |

| Additional
Song Clips for Jukeboxes |
| It is highly recommended that all
CDs for sale offer the music buyer the chance to sample
ALL songs on the CD. Any song on a CD that has not
been submitted to the SongPeddler catalog may be included in the CD Jukebox for an additional
fees of $5 per song clip (this fee covers the cost of creating the 1-minute audio and adding it to the CD Jukebox). If the song is latter submitted to the catalog, the $5 fee will be applied toward the song web page fee. |

Song Pages |
| Every
membership package offers a specified number of songs
to be included for submission to the SongPeddler.com catalog.
Once the specified number of songs have been submitted
there will be additional one-time setup charges of $25/songs
to submit additional songs to the catalog under the same
membership. There will also be additional hosting fees
per song charged for the second year and beyond of $8/song.
Special custom packages can be created to optimize the
costs to a member for multiple song submissions. |

CD Pages |
Every
membership package offers a specified number of CDs that
may be included for sale at SongPeddler.com as part of
the membership package (a CD is not required - members can sell individual songs). Additional CD
web pages incur a one-time setup fee of $35.
SongPeddler offers the member multiple alternatives
for selling their music and if a member has numerous songs
and no CDs we can also provide Virtual CD services. There are
no additional costs for selling a CD on SongPeddler.com.
There is a requirement however, for a minimum of 2 songs
from a CD sold on SongPeddler.com that must be submitted
to the song catalog in order to sell the CD on our website. |

Artist Feature Pages |
All
membership packages include 1 personalized Artist Featured
Catalog web page. Additional Artist Featured Catalog pages
will incur a one-time setup fee of $40.
This web page is important to the SongPeddler
presentation because it is the central point for connecting
all music featured on the site for a given artist. This
is also the one web page that is assured of ranking on
the first page of search results for a given artist on
Google.com. If a member is also part of a
band, we encourage him/her to have additional Artist Featured
Catalog for the band. |

| Virtual
CD Services |
A
Virtual CD is a non-inventoried CD for sale on SongPeddler.com - specifically, SongPeddler does short-run duplication as-needed to support sales.
This service saves our members on upfront mass-duplication costs, and enables our members to 'test the waters' before
they commit to lots of money in duplication/replication
fees.
The base price adding a Virtual CD to any membership is $100. The member must provide all art in electronic file format
ready for printing for CD face, CD booklet, and Tray inserts. If artwork is unavailable, SongPeddler can provide packaging layout/design services for an additional fee.
If any of the songs on the CD are not submitted to the
SongPeddler catalog individually, we may need to create additional audio clips. For the most part, this service needs to be customized
per each member's needs so please contact us for more information about your specific Virtual CD needs. |
