SongPeddler takes great care to protect your personal information. We use best-of-class encryption and firewall technology to protect your personal and billing information, including name, address, and credit card details to ensure they cannot be read as they travel over the Internet or accessed through our secure servers. Every transaction made at SongPeddler.com is safe; you will not pay for any unauthorized credit card charges resulting from shopping at SongPeddler. To review our Privacy Policy, click here.
We use Netscape's Secure Commerce Server technology, called "SSL" (Secure Socket Layer), to encrypt your order information, keeping it private and protected. SSL is a proven, industry-standard technology that is used by most major commercial shopping sites, including The Wall Street Journal, Barnes & Noble Books, FTD Flowers, Microsoft, and Netscape itself. If there is a problem with your purchase, the credit card company will remove the purchase from your bill and the on-line merchant will not be paid. If your credit card number is stolen, the credit card companies do not hold you responsible for any unauthorized purchases.
Also Note:
1. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable to this $50, SongPeddler will cover the entire liability for you, up to the maximum of $50.
2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting rules and procedures.
3. SongPeddler will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at SongPeddler. |

Placing Your Order |
| SongPeddler accepts orders via this website, mail, or phone. Song downloads are available online immediately upon payment confirmation. Orders for CDs are generally processed within 1 week of receipt (allow 2 weeks for Custom CDs). We will notify you by email when your CD or Custom CD order has shipped. |

| Availability |
| We want to get your music in your hands as quickly as possible, so we stock all catalog selections in-house, and we work closely with our music creators to ensure that the music in our catalog is readily available when you want it. In the unusual event that an item is out of stock or is available only in limited quantities, you will see a message next to the item price. Should this result in a backorder, we will contact you and try to get the item within 30 days. If the item cannot be shipped within 30 days, it will be automatically cancelled and we will notify you by e-mail (or, if you prefer, by phone). |

Payment Methods |
| SongPeddler is pleased to accept your payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal, personal/business check, or money order. Payments are accepted in U.S. dollars only. |

| Credit Cards & PayPal |
SongPeddler accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. We do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations.
To process your order, we will need the cardholder name, billing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. For orders placed via fax or mail, the cardholder signature is also needed. You order will be shipped once payment has been received. Note: if your PayPal account is connected to a bank account instead of a credit card, it may take up to 1 week for PayPal to process payment. |

| Checks and Money Orders |
| SongPeddler accepts payment by check or money order. Checks and money orders must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. Please write your order number on the check or money order. Your order number will be provided to you via email after you have placed the order. Note that payment by personal check may delay your order by up to ten (10) business days from receipt of payment (the time it takes for the check to clear your bank account). |

Shipping |
| SongPeddler ships all orders via the U.S. Postal Service: First Class Mail, Priority Mail (domestic orders of 3 CDs or more), and International Air Mail. The typical delivery time from date of shipment is up to 1 week within the United States. For International orders, allow an additional 1 week for customs inspection and your regional postal delivery service. |

| Domestic Shipments (United States) |
The United States Region includes the continental 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPOs, United States possessions, and territories. Note that APO/FPO shipments may be delayed due to heightened postal security regulations.
All United States orders are shipped First Class Mail or Priority Mail via the U.S. Postal Service (for 3 or more CDs we ship only Priority Mail). Shipping charges are based on the number of items in a given shipment and will be added to your order total during checkout. |

| International Shipments |
| SongPeddler can ship your order to almost anywhere in the world via U.S. International Mail. Remember that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. We place a green customs sticker on all international orders. This sticker lists the contents as "Audio Compact Discs" or "Audio Cassettes." We must also fill in the value of the order on this sticker. We cannot declare an incorrect value on your shipment, and all packages must be declared as merchandise. |

Returns |
| Because SongPeddler provides you with the opportunity to sample music before you buy, all sales are final. This excludes damaged or defective items. |

Damaged or Defective Items |
If a CD or cassette jewel case arrives damaged please contact us with your order information and the item title. We will send you a free replacement jewel case.
In the case of defective CDs, Cassettes, DVDs or Song Downloads, please contact us for a return/replacement authorization. We will send you a replacement item as soon as we have received the damaged or defective item.
In the case of defective or inaudible Song Downloads, SongPeddler will provide you access to download a fresh copy of the file. You will not be charged for replacement dowloads.
Note: any defective item can only be replaced by the same item; another item cannot be substituted. |

| If an item is not received within 15 business days from date of shipment or is considered lost in transit, please contact us. |

Contact Customer Service |
SongPeddler is an internet-only retailer, so the most expedient way to contact us for customer service or technical support is by email. We generally respond to email messages within the same or next business day. We have very limited staff to provide telephone support, so it may take longer for you to receive a telephone response. International customers: we are unable to respond to telephone calls from outside the United States.
