It includes: digitizing audio/image files, creating audio clips/jukeboxes, music categorization, data entry (all song, CD, artist information), development of meta data and hyperlink, development and testing of each Artist Catalog web page, CD web page, and individual Song Web Pages. |

of Audio Clips (1 minute custom) |

| For
every song submitted to the SongPeddler catalog
a 1- minute audio clip is created for sampling on
the website. Jukeboxes of clips are also created
and featured on CD and Artist Feature webpages.
A Jukebox provides continuous sampling of multiple
songs in order. We create jukeboxes for CD pages
that play the songs from the CD in order of placement
on the CD. Only the songs that are submitted or
the additional fee was paid to create audio clips
are available in CD page jukeboxes. We also create
Jukeboxes on an Artist Featured Catalog page. The
jukeboxes on these pages only include the songs
submitted to the catalog individually. A jukebox
plays the songs listed on the Artists feature page
in order of display. |

Notes & Reviews |
| Lyrics
may be available for display for any song submitted
to the catalog when applicable and when approved
by the member. If the member provides notes about
a song, the notes will be featured on the song webpage.
If customers provide reviews about a given submitted
song, the reviews will be displayed as well on the
song webpage. |

| For
every Artist Featured Catalog page, 1 picture of
an Artist (must be 130X180 pixels at 72 dpi) or
Band (240X180 pixels at 72 dpi) will be displayed
at the top left of the page. |

Artist Featured Catalog page will list all CDs by
the artist that are available for sale on SongPeddler.com.
There will be a direct link to the CD webpage created

| There
are multiple opportunities throughout the SongPeddler.com
website to feature Artists, CDs, and songs in multiple
categories in what we refer to as 'Landing Pages'.
These 'landing pages' are created specifically to
help search engines find SongPeddler's own internal
search results for specialized categories including
genre influences, possible uses, special categories,
energy levels, vocal or instrumental, themes, moods,
and more. These pages are optimized for the search
engines. Features by Artist, CD, and songs will
rotate on a regular basis to provide all members
opportunities for extra promotions in this manner. |

| Additional Song Clips
for Jukeboxes |
| Every
membership package offers a specific number of songs
for submission and CDs. It is highly recommended
that all CDs for sale offer the music buyer the
chance to sample ALL songs on the CD. For any songs
on a CD that have not been submitted to the SongPeddler
catalog, additional fees of $5 per song clip are
charged to create the 1 - minute audio clips for
inclusion in the CD jukebox. If a member decides
to submit the song to the catalog later, the $5
fee will be applied toward the song webpage fee
and therefore a member would then only pay $20 to
submit a song to the catalog that already has an
audio clip. |

| Additional Song Pages
|
| Every
membership package offers a specified number of
songs to be included for submission to the SongPeddler.com
catalog. Once the specified number of songs have
been submitted there will be additional one-time
setup charges of $25/songs to submit additional
songs to the catalog under the same membership. Special custom packages can be created to optimize
the costs to a member for multiple song submissions. |

| Additional CD Pages |
| Every
membership package offers a specified number of
CDs that may be included for sale at SongPeddler.com
as part of the membership package. This is a courtesy
to the member based on the number of songs submitted
to the catalog. It is not necessary to feature CDs
with any of the membership packages. SongPeddler
offers the member multiple alternatives for selling
their music and if a member has numerous songs and
no CDs we can also provide Virtual CD services.
CD webpages incur a one-time setup fee of $35. There
are no additional costs for selling a CD on SongPeddler.com.
There is a requirement however, for a minimum of
2 songs from a CD sold on SongPeddler.com that must
be submitted to the song catalog in order to sell
the CD on our website. |

| Additional Artist
Feature Page |
| All membership
packages include 1 personalized Artist Featured
Catalog webpage. This webpage is important to the
SongPeddler presentation because it is the central
point for connecting all music featured on the site
for a given artist. This is also the one webpage
that is assured of ranking on the first page of
search results for a given artist on Google.com.
If a member is a writer and also part of a band,
it is common to have an additional Artist Featured
Catalog page. Additional Artist Featured Catalog
pages will incur a one-time setup fee of $40. There
are no additional costs once this setup fee has
been paid. |

| Virtual CD Services |
| A Virtual
CD is a non-inventoried CD for sale on SongPeddler.com.
This service utilizes SongPeddler's CD On-Demand
services and saves our members on upfront costs
to duplicate CDs in advance as has been traditional
in the music industry. This service allows our members
to 'test the waters' before they commit to lots
of money in duplication/replication fees. The base
price for any Virtual CD starts at $100 if the member
provides all art in electronic file format ready
for printing for CD face, CD booklet, and Tray inserts.
This fee is in addition to any membership fees incurred.
A Virtual CD can be included with any of our membership
packages and the base price assumes a 10 song average.
Audio clips must be created at minimum for the Virtual
CD so if any songs on the CD are not submitted to
the SongPeddler catalog individually will need audio
