catalog is growing daily, so we encourage you to check
back often. If you can't find a particular song or CD
by one of our music creators, please let us know and
we will try to get it.
Where can I find more details
about a CD, song or music creator? By clicking on any hyperlinked product
title name, you will see everything we know about that
item. We don't have any additional information beyond
what is there.
I noticed that some songs on a
CD are not available for listening or purchase as singles.
Why is this?
SongPeddler offers music creators
the option to add songs to our digital catalog one song
at a time. You may see a song listed on a CD page that
is not available in the listening catalog. If you would
like to be able to purchase it as a single or as part
of a custom mix, just call or email us and we will communicate
this to the music creator who owns it.
Why don't all
CDs have the same price? SongPeddler believes that music creators
should have the flexibility to control their product
distribution. Therefore, SongPeddler enables each music
creator to determine the pricing for his/her music.

Custom Mix CDs
What is a Custom Mix CD?
A custom mix is a collection of songs
selected by you. SongPeddler enables you be your own
music producer. Choose as many, or as few, songs as
you like (up to 72 minutes) from one or more artists
based on a wide variety of criteria. You can define
the sequence of songs, give your Custom CD
a custom title, and add a Personal Message (printed on the inside of CD Cover Insert).
Why is the pricing for a Custom Mix
different from other CDs?
Our philosophy is that you should
only pay for the amount of music you want, so for Custom CDs you pay a base-fee ($7.00) plus a per-song price. Most songs are $1.25 each, though some longer pieces (such as a 20 minute Classical movement) may cost up to $3.75 each. There is no additional fee for adding a Custom Title and Personal Message to your Custom CD.
About Ordering
Can I add or change an item on my order?
Sometimes. We generally ship all orders within one week (up to 2 weeks for Custom CDs), so you may have small window to make a change. Your
best chance to add an item to your order is to contact us immediately via email (be sure to include your Order # in the email subject line).
If the existing order has already shipped, we will be
glad to create a new order for you.
Can you tell me the status of
my order?
We will send you a confirmaion email with shipping details on the same day that your order ships. If you do not have an email address, we can give you a call by special request. You are
welcome to contact us at your convenience if you
have questions about the status of your order.
Can I place and order by phone, mail, or fax?
Yes, with limitaions. We are exclusively an online retailer with very limited telephone customer service. The fastest and most efficient way to place your order is via our website - rest assured, we have a highly secure online order system. If you prefer to place your order by phone, you can ccontact us and we'll do our best to respond within a few working days. You can also place orders by mail. We do not accept fax orders. Contact us to place your order by mail or telephone.
My order is overdue. Where is
it?
Our policy is to wait 15 business
days before declaring a United States order lost. We
wait 30 business days for shipments outside the United
States. If you are not in the United States, you should
check with your local postal or customs office, as many
times an order is held there. If your order has not
arrived within these time frames, contact customer service - be sure reference your order# in the email subject line or in your voice message so that we may provide the
most expedient service.

SongPeddler is an internet-only retailer, so the most expedient way to contact us for customer service or technical support is by email. We generally respond to email messages within the same or next business day. We have very limited staff to provide telephone support, so it may take longer for you to receive a telephone response. International customers: we are unable to respond to telephone calls from outside the United States.
