    About Custom CDs
    Our goal is to provide you with a music experience that fits your personal style, mood, and interests. You can create a personalized Custom CD from any of the songs in our digital catalog.
    Choose as many, or as few, songs as you like (up to 72 minutes).
    You define the sequence of songs, and you can even give your CD a custom title.
     

    Custom CD Features

    In addition to the list of songs and song order, you can also customize with these features:
    Title - give your Custom CD a unique title that's meaningful to you. Be creative!
    Personal Message (optional) - include any information you'd like. If the CD is a gift, you may want to include a personal message for the occasion. Your message will be printed on the inside of the CD Cover Insert.
     

    Selecting Music for Your Custom CD
    Selecting music is fun and easy! First, decide if you have a theme or goal in creating your Custom CD. Do you want music for a special purpose, such as a for a dinner party? Music for exercising or relaxation? Or music you could send as a gift to someone with a personal sentiment? These and more can be created as a custom CD with the music YOU choose!

    SongPeddler is proud to offer an extensive mix of music from Jazz and New Age to Tibetan Folk, Flamenco, Political tunes and much more. We offer Custom Mix CDs with only the songs listed in our online catalog. While we may, at some point in the future, have partnerships with major record labels to provide their titles as well, we do not at this time.

    You can order a Custom Mix CD based on a wide range of criteria. On every page of this site, you'll find a long list of 'Quick Search' links on the left side that allow you to search for music by a wide variety of criteria. Use the Advanced Search or Super Search to find music by multiple criteria.

    Using search tools and free music sampling, you can explore and listen to an unlimited number of musical selections at no charge. As you find songs you'd like to include on your custom compilation, it's easy to build and order your Custom CD. You define the number, type, and sequence of songs. You can sample and change your sequence as many times as you like until you have the perfect sequence.
     

    Custom CD Packaging
    Give your Custom Mix a personalized title (e.g. Frank's Relaxation Favorites). If the CD is a gift or to commemorate a special occasion, we'll gladly include your personalized message on the CD (e.g. Happy 25th Anniversary Janice - Love, Bob) for no additional charge.

    Note: You will be asked to create a SongPeddler account with your email address and a password so we can safely save your MyFavorites and Custom CDs for later retrieval.
     

    Custom CD Pricing
    Our philosophy is that you should pay only for the music you want the way you want it. Custom CDs are priced by the number of songs, and you pay only for the songs you order.

    Custom CD pricing includes a flat-fee of $7.00 (materials and manufacturing costs), plus a per-song price. Most songs are $1.25 each, however, we do charge a bit more for very long songs, such as Classical movements (a 20 minute piece is $2.25).

    Note: this price does not include shipping or sales tax (California) - these are added during the Checkout process (also, select your shipping method during checkout).
     

    Ordering your Custom CD
    When you have finished creating your Custom CD (using the MyCustom CD Builder), you must finalize your CD creation by clicking the Finalize button. After finalizing, no changes can be made.

    When you are ready to order, click on the Add to Cart button. After the CD is added to the cart, place the order by clicking on the Checkout button to start the process. If you have added the CD to the cart and then decide you need to make changes to the CD, delete the CD from the cart and return to the MyCustom CD Builder page to make the changes in a new Custom CD, then Finalize the new Custom CD, Add to Cart, and Checkout as mentioned above.
