Biography

| Since 1999 Marc's music has been downloaded over 500,000 times and featured on a few compilation CDs (including the latest CD compilation that Morley put out Globally where Marc was one of 5 artists featured including Steve Vai). He has had songs on MTV "Undressed" and has also performed and appeared on KSJO in Northern California several times. His music is played on KSJO daily as bumpers on KSJO's "The Mikey Show", Northern California's largest rock/alternative station which is also syndicated in San Diego and Dallas. He has had music licensed around the world in Video games, on Webpages and in media presentations. Marc continues to write and record instrumental music with drummer Bud Salvetti and is also usually involved in other projects as well ranging from pop to metal as either a performer or producer/engineer. |

| Just when you thought you had this album ("Inferno") pegged as a pedal-to-the metal, adrenalin-fueled shredfest, guitar virtuoso Marc Pattison (and drummer/collaborator Bud Salvetti) throw you a curve ball and include an electric guitar and piano version of "Moonlight Sonata" by Beethoven, or a couple New Age-tinged songs like "Lunar Eclipse" and "Valley of Souls". Even some Middle Eastern/trance elements find their way into the mix on another cut. However, make no mistake, this album has molten lava at it's core and it's instrumental rock/metal compositions are a showcase for the guitar pyrotechnics of Marc Pattison, whose playing is positively volcanic. - Michael Diamond, SongPeddler |
